Questions & trust

Questions families ask.

Straight answers about privacy, cost, and what to expect. Still have a question? Call us at (877) 360-1773.

Is this legal advice?

No. Homegoing360 provides organizational tools and plain-language general information, with clear guidance on when a licensed attorney is genuinely needed — and featured local attorneys who have reviewed our state content.

Who can see our family's information?

Only the people you invite, with the roles you give them. Sensitive numbers can be locked with encryption that happens on your own device, so nobody else can read them — including us. You choose how much of the plan that lock covers.

We're in the middle of it already. Is it too late to start?

Not at all. Most families find us after the funeral. Answer the questions honestly and the roadmap starts exactly where you are.

What if we don't know the answers?

"I'm not sure" is always an acceptable answer — it simply adds a step that helps you find out.

What happens to our documents if we stop paying?

Nothing is ever deleted. If a subscription lapses, the vault locks — you can still open and download everything already in it, forever. You simply can't add more until it is active again.

Your family’s trust, honored

What you share here stays your family’s.

Private by architecture.

Your estate is visible only to the people you invite — enforced in the database itself, not just on the screen.

Encrypted throughout.

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Sensitive numbers can be locked with encryption that happens on your own device — no one else can read them, including us.

Never sold. No ads.

Payments run through Stripe — we never see card numbers. Your information is not a product, and this is not that kind of company.

Ready when you are.

Free to start, no card required. Or talk with us first — (877) 360-1773.
