1. Purpose
This Consent explains your agreement to (a) transact business with Homegoing360 electronically, (b) sign documents electronically, and (c) receive records and disclosures electronically. It is required before you electronically sign any agreement on the Platform — for example a provider, designer, concierge, or partner agreement — and it applies to the electronic disclosures we provide.
2. Consent to electronic transactions and signatures
By clicking “I agree,” typing your name as a signature, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you agree that:
- You will conduct transactions with Homegoing360 electronically;
- Your electronic signature — including a typed name, a click-to-accept, or another electronic mark — is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature and is valid, binding, and enforceable; and
- Records and signatures will not be denied legal effect solely because they are electronic.
3. Electronic delivery of records
You agree that Homegoing360 may provide the following electronically: agreements and amendments, disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, tax-related forms to the extent permitted, and other records related to your use of the Platform. We may deliver these by (a) posting to your account, (b) email, or (c) making them available for download.
4. Hardware and software requirements
To access and retain electronic records, you need: a device with internet access; a current web browser; a valid email address; and the ability to view, download, and print or save PDF and HTML documents. If these requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you cannot access records, we will notify you and give you the right to withdraw consent without fee.
5. Retaining records
We recommend you download or print copies of important records. Signed agreements are stored in your account and, where applicable, a copy is emailed to you.
6. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive records electronically by contacting care@homegoing360.com. Withdrawal is prospective only and does not affect the validity of records or signatures provided before withdrawal. Certain Platform features — including electronic signing — may not be available if you withdraw consent, and some agreements may require electronic acceptance to proceed.
7. Updating your information
Keep your email address current in your account settings so we can deliver records. Notify us of any change.
8. Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of a specific electronic record by contacting care@homegoing360.com. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies; we will tell you any fee before providing the copy.
9. What we record
Where you accept an agreement electronically, we record the exact text you accepted, its version, the date and time, and your account identifier, and we retain it alongside the agreement for the period in the Data Retention Policy.
This applies to the acknowledgments listed in the Disclaimers & User Acknowledgments document, Part C, and to any agreement you electronically sign. It does not imply that every notice shown in the Platform is separately signed — Part C says exactly which ones are.
10. Affirmative consent
☐ I have read this Electronic Records & Signature Consent. I consent to transact business and sign electronically, and to receive records electronically. I confirm I can access and retain records in the formats described.
